稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD177, also known as neutrophil antigen 1 (NA1), is a glycoprotein predominantly expressed on the surface of human neutrophils and plays a crucial role in the immune response. It is involved in various physiological processes, including the regulation of neutrophil adhesion, migration, and the generation of reactive oxygen species. CD177 is also significant in the context of transfusion medicine and autoimmune diseases, as it is a major target for the production of antibodies in certain conditions. Research has increasingly focused on the recombinant production of CD177 protein to better understand its functional properties and interactions with other immune components. Recombinant CD177 proteins can be used in various applications, including the development of diagnostic tools, therapeutic agents, and studying the biology of neutrophils under both healthy and pathological states. Recent advances in protein engineering techniques have enhanced the yield and functionality of recombinant CD177, facilitating its inclusion in studies aimed at elucidating its role in inflammation, host defense mechanisms, and potential implications in conditions like vasculitis and chronic inflammatory diseases. As such, the exploration of CD177 recombinant protein is essential for translating basic immunology into clinical applications, providing insights into neutrophil-related disorders, and paving the way for novel immunotherapies.
