FGFR-1 beta (IIIc)

简介
FGFR-1 beta is a member of the FGFR family that interacts with fibroblast growth factors and regulates mitosis and differentiation. It specifically binds acidic and basic fibroblast growth factors and is involved in limb induction. FGFR-1 beta Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Fc) is the recombinant human-derived FGFR-1 beta protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-8*His, C-hFc labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 (FGFR1) is a key receptor in the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and angiogenesis. Among its isoforms, FGFR1 beta (IIIc) is particularly significant due to its involvement in developmental biology and its implication in several cancers. Alterations in FGFR1 signaling have been associated with oncogenesis, making it a potential therapeutic target. Research on FGFR1 beta (IIIc) recombinant proteins aims to elucidate the structure-function relationships of this receptor, enabling a better understanding of its role in tumorigenesis and tissue regeneration. Additionally, these studies can help in the design of FGFR inhibitors, which may serve as novel treatments for diseases linked to aberrant FGFR signaling. Understanding the interactions between FGFR1 beta (IIIc) and its ligands, as well as downstream signaling pathways, is critical for developing targeted therapies and improving clinical outcomes for patients with FGFR-related conditions.
