稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-15 receptor alpha (IL-15Rα) is a crucial component of the immune system, primarily known for its role in mediating the effects of interleukin-15 (IL-15), a cytokine that promotes the development, activation, and survival of various immune cells, especially NK cells and CD8+ T cells. Given its pivotal role in immune responses, IL-15Rα has garnered significant attention in research related to cancer immunotherapy, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders. The recombinant production of IL-15Rα protein has enabled scientists to investigate its structural and functional properties, facilitating the understanding of receptor-ligand interactions essential for IL-15 signaling. Furthermore, the recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for therapeutic applications; for instance, it can enhance the effectiveness of IL-15 in boosting anti-tumor immunity or counteracting viral infections. Recent studies have explored the potential of IL-15Rα as a fusion protein to improve the pharmacokinetics and bioactivity of IL-15, which may lead to novel therapeutic strategies. Overall, the research on IL-15Rα and its recombinant forms holds promise for advancing immunotherapeutic approaches and expanding our understanding of cytokine signaling in health and disease.
