Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HER2, also known as CD340, is a member of the human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER/EGFR) family and plays a crucial role in cell growth, differentiation, and survival. Overexpression of HER2 is associated with aggressive forms of breast cancer and has been linked to poor prognosis, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Research into HER2/CD340 recombinant proteins is primarily driven by the need for targeted therapies, such as monoclonal antibodies and small molecule inhibitors, that can specifically disrupt the signaling pathways activated by HER2 overexpression. These recombinant proteins can be utilized in various applications, including the development of diagnostic tools to identify HER2-positive tumors and the creation of novel therapeutic agents like antibody-drug conjugates that deliver cytotoxic drugs directly to cancer cells. Furthermore, understanding the structure and function of HER2/CD340 at the molecular level facilitates the design of more effective inhibitors and enhances the potential for personalized medicine approaches. Rigorous studies on HER2/CD340 recombinant proteins continue to provide insights into its mechanics and role in oncogenesis, paving the way for innovative strategies to combat HER2-positive cancers and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
