稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-12 receptor beta 1 (IL-12Rβ1) is a critical component of the IL-12 receptor complex, which plays a pivotal role in the immune response by mediating the effects of interleukin-12 (IL-12) on T and natural killer (NK) cells. The significance of IL-12Rβ1 in immunoregulation and its involvement in various immune-mediated diseases, such as autoimmune disorders and cancer, has sparked considerable research interest. Deficiencies or dysfunctions in IL-12Rβ1 have been linked to increased susceptibility to infectious diseases, as well as to altered responses in cancer immunotherapy. Recombinant IL-12Rβ1 protein studies aim to elucidate its structure, function, and interaction with IL-12, offering insights into therapeutic strategies to modulate the immune system. Understanding the signaling pathways activated by IL-12Rβ1 can help develop novel immunotherapies targeting this receptor to enhance anti-tumor responses or restore immune function in deficient populations. The production and characterization of recombinant IL-12Rβ1 also pave the way for potential diagnostic applications and the development of biomolecules that can either mimic or block its activity, further expanding the frontiers of immunological research and clinical interventions.
