Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The IGF2R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 Receptor) is a critical component in cellular signaling, regulation of growth, and metabolism, primarily known for its role in binding insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2) and regulating its activity. Dysregulation of IGF2R has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer and growth disorders, making it a key target for therapeutic intervention. Researchers have focused on recombinant IGF2R proteins to understand its structure-function relationship and to develop potential treatments. The production of these recombinant proteins allows for the investigation of the receptor's binding properties, signaling pathways, and interactions with ligands and other molecules. Moreover, these studies contribute to the understanding of diseases where IGF2R is misregulated, ultimately paving the way for targeted therapies. Advances in protein engineering have further enhanced the ability to create modified versions of IGF2R with improved stability and affinity, providing valuable tools for both basic research and clinical applications. Overall, the investigation of IGF2R recombinant proteins plays a pivotal role in elucidating the biological functions of IGF2R and its potential implications in disease management.
