Jagged-1/JAG1 protein is a ligand of multiple Notch receptors, mediates Notch signaling, affects cell fate decisions during hematopoiesis and enhances angiogenesis. It functions throughout mammalian cardiovascular development, regulates myoblast differentiation, and participates in the complex Notch signaling network through interactions with NOTCH1, NOTCH2, and NOTCH3. Jagged-1/JAG1 Protein, Rat (HEK293, His) is the recombinant rat-derived Jagged-1/JAG1 protein, expressed by HEK293.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
