稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fc gamma RIIA, also known as CD32a, is an important receptor in the Fc gamma receptor family, which plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating the functions of immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies. This receptor is primarily expressed on myeloid cells, including macrophages, monocytes, and neutrophils, and is involved in various immune processes such as phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and the regulation of inflammatory responses. Research on Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer. Notably, polymorphisms in the CD32a gene can affect the receptor's affinity for IgG, influencing individual responses to infections and therapies, particularly monoclonal antibodies. The recombinant form of this protein is of great interest for both basic research and therapeutic applications, as it allows for the detailed study of receptor function, ligand interactions, and the development of new immunotherapies. Understanding the structure and dynamics of Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a can pave the way for innovative strategies to enhance immune responses against pathogens or tumors and improve the efficacy of antibody-based treatments. Therefore, the generation and characterization of recombinant Fc gamma RIIA/CD32a protein is a vital step in unraveling its biological functions and therapeutic potential in various diseases.
