The Frizzled-4/CD344 protein is a receptor for Wnt proteins and is associated with the classical β-catenin pathway, activating disheveled proteins, inhibiting GSK-3 kinase, and triggering Wnt target genes. In retinal vascularization, it acts as a receptor for Wnt proteins and Norrin (NDP), stimulating β-catenin accumulation and LEF/TCF-mediated transcription. Frizzled-4/CD344 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Frizzled-4/CD344 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
