简介
Frizzled-10/CD350 protein is a receptor for Wnt proteins that functions in the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway, activating disheveled proteins, inhibiting GSK-3 kinase, and triggering Wnt target gene activation. Secondary signaling pathways involve PKC and calcium flux. Frizzled-10/CD350 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived Frizzled-10/CD350 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Frizzled-10 (Fzd10), also known as CD350, is a member of the Frizzled family of G-protein coupled receptors that play a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various developmental processes and tissue homeostasis. Research has shown that Fzd10 is involved in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, with implications for embryonic development and cancer biology. The aberrant activation or inhibition of Wnt signaling pathways, often mediated by Frizzled receptors like Fzd10, has been linked to several diseases, including various types of cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Given the pivotal role of Fzd10 in these processes, its recombinant protein has garnered significant interest in scientific research. By producing and characterizing the Frizzled-10/CD350 recombinant protein, researchers aim to better understand its structure-function relationship and its interactions with Wnt ligands and other signaling molecules. Such studies are critical for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying Fzd10's involvement in disease and may pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies targeting this receptor. Furthermore, the development of Fzd10-specific antibodies and binding assays can promote the identification of potential pathways and targets for drug discovery, underlining the importance of this fibroblast growth factor in both basic and applied biomedical research. Overall, the study of Frizzled-10/CD350 recombinant protein provides valuable insights into its biological roles and therapeutic potential, contributing to the broader understanding of the complexities of cell signaling and its implications in health and disease.
