Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DEPDC1, or DEP Domain Containing 1, is a protein whose expression has been linked to various cancers and cellular processes, making it a subject of extensive research. Elevated levels of DEPDC1 have been associated with tumor progression, proliferation, and poor patient prognosis, highlighting its potential role as a biomarker and therapeutic target in cancer treatment. The gene encoding DEPDC1 is located on chromosome 5 and is involved in cellular signaling pathways that regulate cell cycle and apoptosis. Investigating the recombinant version of DEPDC1 allows researchers to explore its functional properties and interactions at a molecular level, facilitating a deeper understanding of its role in oncogenesis. Furthermore, generating and purifying DEPDC1 recombinant protein can enable the development of specific antibodies and assays necessary for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. By studying DEPDC1 in various cancer models, scientists aim to elucidate the mechanisms by which it influences tumor biology and to identify potential strategies for intervention. Overall, research on DEPDC1 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing cancer biology knowledge and developing innovative approaches for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
