Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLMO2, a member of the SLM family of proteins, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes and its implications in various diseases. This protein is believed to be involved in the regulation of gene expression and may play a critical role in neuronal development and function. Research indicates that SLMO2 can interact with other proteins and cellular structures, suggesting its participation in complex signaling pathways. Understanding the function and mechanisms of SLMO2 is crucial, particularly in the context of neurodegenerative diseases and psychiatric disorders, where dysregulation of protein interactions can lead to pathological conditions. Moreover, the recombinant expression of SLMO2 allows for in-depth functional studies and investigations into its structural properties, which are essential for elucidating its role in different biological contexts. By generating and analyzing SLMO2 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to uncover its specific interactions and regulatory functions, contributing to the broader understanding of its involvement in health and disease. The exploration of SLMO2 not only highlights the intricate network of protein interactions but also opens avenues for potential therapeutic targets in related disorders.
