简介
SIRP Beta 1 Protein, an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor, crucially negatively regulates receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling processes. It modulates cellular responses to stimuli like cell adhesion, growth factors, or insulin, contributing to maintaining cellular homeostasis and finely tuning signaling pathways associated with receptor tyrosine kinases. SIRP Beta 1 Protein, Human (isoform 3, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived SIRP Beta 1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SIRP beta 1 (Signal Regulatory Protein Beta 1) is a member of the SIRP family of proteins, which are key regulators in immune response and phagocytosis. Research into SIRP beta 1 has gained momentum due to its role in modulating macrophage activity and its potential implications in cancer immunotherapy. Unlike its counterpart, SIRP alpha, which has been extensively studied for its ability to inhibit immune cell activation through interaction with the CD47 "don't eat me" signal, SIRP beta 1 is believed to have distinct functions that warrant detailed investigation. Studies suggest that SIRP beta 1 may play a role in promoting immune tolerance, thereby influencing the tumor microenvironment and impacting tumor progression and response to therapies. The recombinant protein expression of SIRP beta 1 allows for in-depth exploration of its structural characteristics, functional properties, and interactions with other cellular molecules. Such insights could pave the way for new strategies to harness immune responses against tumors or to mitigate autoimmune conditions. Current research initiatives aim to elucidate the signaling pathways mediated by SIRP beta 1, as well as to assess its therapeutic potential through engineered immune cells or antibodies that target its signaling activities. Consequently, SIRP beta 1 is emerging as a promising candidate for novel therapeutic approaches in treating malignancies and autoimmune disorders, making its recombinant form a valuable tool in this evolving field of immunology.
