简介
IL-10R beta protein is an IL10 cytokine surface receptor involved in IL10-mediated inflammation and immune regulation, as well as viral defense responses. IL-10R beta Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is expressed by HEK 293 cells and has a transmembrane region (W223-Y251) with a His tag at the C-terminus[3].

Biological Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Mouse IL-10 R alpha is present at 1 µg/mL can bind Mouse IL-10 R beta in the presence of 1 µg/mL Mouse IL-10. The ED50 for this effect is 1.098 μg/mL. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on IL-10 receptor beta (IL-10Rβ) recombinant protein stems from the growing recognition of the IL-10 signaling pathway's crucial role in modulating immune responses and inflammation. IL-10, an anti-inflammatory cytokine, helps constrict immune system activity, which is vital for preventing excessive tissue damage and maintaining homeostasis. The IL-10 receptor complex, comprising IL-10Rα and IL-10Rβ subunits, is essential for mediating the actions of IL-10. While the IL-10Rα subunit specifically binds IL-10, IL-10Rβ plays a critical role in signaling transduction, particularly in enhancing the expression of various immune-regulatory genes. Recombinant IL-10Rβ protein has attracted substantial interest in the context of therapeutic applications for autoimmune diseases, allergies, and chronic inflammatory conditions. By studying IL-10Rβ, researchers aim to better understand its structural and functional characteristics, which could lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies that harness IL-10 signaling to suppress inappropriate immune responses. Investigating IL-10Rβ's interactions with other signaling proteins, its mechanisms of receptor activation, and its effects on immune cell behavior is pivotal in unveiling new approaches to treat diseases characterized by chronic inflammation and immune dysregulation. The development of recombinant forms of IL-10Rβ not only facilitates detailed biological studies but also lays the groundwork for potential clinical interventions targeting various inflammatory disorders.
