Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-10 receptor alpha (IL-10Rα) plays a critical role in mediating the anti-inflammatory effects of interleukin-10 (IL-10), a key cytokine involved in immune regulation. IL-10 is known to suppress pro-inflammatory cytokine production and enhance the activity of regulatory T cells, thereby maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing excessive immune responses. Dysregulation of IL-10 signaling has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory conditions, and even cancer. As a result, understanding the structure and function of IL-10Rα is vital for developing therapeutic strategies targeting IL-10 pathways. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of IL-10Rα, allowing researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, interactions with IL-10, and downstream signaling mechanisms in detail. Functional studies of recombinant IL-10Rα help elucidate its role in modulating immune responses and may pave the way for novel treatments that harness IL-10's therapeutic potential. Additionally, recombinant IL-10Rα can serve as a valuable tool for studying IL-10 biology in various experimental models, providing insights into its therapeutic applications in managing inflammatory and autoimmune disorders. Overall, the study of IL-10Rα recombinant protein is essential for advancing our understanding of IL-10 signaling and developing targeted immunotherapies.
