Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C7orf2, also known as chromosome 7 open reading frame 2, is a gene that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential involvement in various biological processes and diseases. Initially discovered through genomic studies, C7orf2 is located on chromosome 7 and encodes a protein that appears to play a role in cellular functions, including cell growth and differentiation. Research has indicated that C7orf2 may have implications in cancer biology, as its expression levels can be altered in various malignancies. Additionally, emerging studies suggest that C7orf2 might be linked to metabolic disorders and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its relevance in understanding complex pathologies. The recombinant protein of C7orf2 has been generated for further investigation, allowing researchers to explore its biochemical properties and interaction networks in a controlled environment. By studying the structure and function of the C7orf2 protein, scientists aim to elucidate its specific roles and mechanisms within the cell, which may ultimately contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting diseases associated with its dysregulation. Understanding the functional aspects of C7orf2 through recombinant protein studies is crucial for uncovering its biological significance and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in human health and disease.
