Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SGK3 (Serum/Glucocorticoid-regulated Kinase 3) is a serine/threonine kinase that belongs to the AGC family of kinases and plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell survival, proliferation, and metabolism. The research on SGK3 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in several pathological conditions, particularly cancer and metabolic disorders. Studies have shown that SGK3 is often overexpressed in various tumors, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer and a target for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, SGK3 is regulated by several signaling pathways, including AKT and MAPK pathways, highlighting its importance in the cellular response to growth factors and stress. The exploration of SGK3 recombinant proteins allows researchers to delve deeper into its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms, facilitating the identification of novel inhibitors or modulators that could be used in clinical settings. Additionally, understanding the structural and functional dynamics of SGK3 may provide insights into its role in cell signaling and its contributions to disease progression. This growing body of research underscores the necessity of SGK3 as a focal point for innovative therapeutic strategies and the translation of these findings into actionable methods for disease management.
