Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C17orf47, also known as C17orf47 protein or chromosome 17 open reading frame 47, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Located on chromosome 17, this gene encodes a protein that is poorly characterized, yet preliminary studies suggest its involvement in critical biological functions, including cell proliferation and immune responses. The interest in C17orf47 is particularly heightened in the context of various cancers and autoimmune diseases, where aberrations in its expression and function may contribute to pathological states. Researchers have begun to explore the molecular mechanisms by which C17orf47 operates within cellular pathways, aiming to elucidate its biological significance and therapeutic potential. The recombinant expression of C17orf47 protein has enabled the study of its structural properties, functional assays, and interactions with other biomolecules. By generating and characterizing this recombinant protein, scientists are working to uncover its role in normal physiology and its implications in disease. Understanding the function of C17orf47 could lead to the identification of novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets, making it a promising candidate for future biomedical research.
