稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Keratin 6B (KRT6B) is a member of the keratin family of proteins, primarily expressed in epithelia undergoing stress or injury, such as in the skin and oral mucosa. It plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of epithelial cells and is involved in various biological processes, including wound healing and cellular response to stress. Recent studies have suggested that KRT6B may serve as a marker for certain pathological conditions, including squamous cell carcinomas and other epithelial disorders. The recombinant expression of KRT6B protein has gained attention in scientific research for its potential applications in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying epithelial differentiation and disease. By producing KRT6B in a recombinant form, researchers can study its functional properties, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other proteins, which may enhance our understanding of skin diseases and provide insights into novel therapeutic approaches. Overall, the investigation of KRT6B recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its role in epithelial biology and pathology, thereby contributing to advancements in regenerative medicine and targeted cancer therapies.
