Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUDT10, a member of the Nudix hydrolase family, plays a crucial role in nucleotide metabolism and cellular stress response. The NUDT10 protein is involved in the hydrolysis of nucleoside diphosphate ribose (NDR), which is pivotal for modulating cellular signaling pathways and maintaining nucleotide homeostasis. Dysregulation of NUDT10 has been linked to various pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying NUDT10's enzymatic function and its interactions with other cellular components is essential for elucidating its biological significance. Recent studies have aimed to characterize the structure and function of NUDT10, investigating its substrate specificity and regulation. Furthermore, NUDT10's potential as a therapeutic target is being explored, as modulating its activity could have implications for disease treatment. Overall, research on NUDT10 and its recombinant protein forms is vital for advancing our understanding of nucleotide metabolism and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
