Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NDRG3 (N-myc Downstream-Regulated Gene 3) is part of the NDRG family of proteins, which are implicated in various cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and stress response. The expression of NDRG3 has been linked to cancer progression and metastasis, making it a notable target for research in oncology. Studies have suggested that NDRG3 may play a role in regulating cell cycle and apoptosis, and its differential expression has been observed in various tumor types, including breast, prostate, and colon cancer. The re-expression of NDRG3 has been associated with the inhibition of tumor growth, highlighting its potential as a tumor suppressor. Further investigations have focused on its molecular mechanisms and pathways, aiming to elucidate how NDRG3 influences cancer biology. Additionally, efforts to produce recombinant NDRG3 proteins have been pursued to facilitate the study of its structure-function relationships and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the role of NDRG3 in cancer could offer new insights into targeted therapies and biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis, reinforcing its significance in cancer research.
