Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on INDO (Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to the enzyme's pivotal role in immune regulation and potential implications in treating various diseases. As a key player in the kynurenine pathway, INDO facilitates the catabolism of tryptophan, leading to the production of metabolites that can modulate immune responses, particularly in tumor microenvironments. Elevated INDO activity has been associated with immune evasion in cancer, chronic infections, and autoimmune diseases, making it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions. Recombinant INDO proteins enable researchers to investigate the enzyme's structure-function relationships, understand its biological mechanisms, and develop inhibitors that could enhance immune responses against tumors. Moreover, exploring the potential of INDO inhibitors in combination with existing immunotherapies offers a promising avenue for improving patient outcomes. Thus, the study of INDO recombinant proteins is crucial in advancing our understanding of immune modulation and developing novel therapeutic strategies in oncology and beyond.
