稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCL12, also known as MCP-4 (Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-4), is a member of the CC chemokine family, primarily involved in the recruitment of monocytes, eosinophils, and memory T cells to sites of inflammation. The research surrounding CCL12 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its potential role in various pathological conditions, including allergic diseases, asthma, and cancer. Elevated CCL12 levels are often observed in inflamed tissues, indicating its involvement in immune responses and tissue remodeling. Studies have shown that CCL12 interacts with its receptor CCR2, triggering a cascade of cellular responses essential for orchestrating the immune system's activities. The synthesis of CCL12 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed investigations into its biological functions, receptor interactions, and therapeutic applications. By employing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce CCL12 in a purified form for use in various experimental models, facilitating a deeper understanding of its role in both normal physiology and disease states. Additionally, the exploration of CCL12 antagonists or monoclonal antibodies targeting this chemokine represents a promising avenue for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses and treating inflammatory disorders. With the increasing interest in chemokines and their pathways, CCL12 serves as a crucial molecule for understanding the complexities of immune regulation and inflammatory processes, paving the way for innovative treatment approaches.
