稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CRK protein family, which includes CRK and CRKL, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in processes involving cell growth, differentiation, and migration. These adaptor proteins are characterized by their Src homology (SH) domains, which facilitate the assembly of multi-protein complexes in response to various extracellular signals. Research into CRK proteins has gained momentum due to their involvement in oncogenic signaling; elevated levels of CRK have been linked to several types of cancers, making them potential targets for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, CRK proteins are essential in mediating the effects of growth factor receptors and are implicated in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics. The study of recombinant CRK proteins provides insights into their structural properties, interaction with other signaling molecules, and their role in pathophysiological conditions. By producing these proteins in a controlled manner, researchers are able to investigate their functional mechanisms, explore their binding affinities, and assess their potential as biomarkers for disease progression or as targets for drug development. Overall, the study of CRK recombinant proteins is vital for understanding their contributions to cellular processes and their implications in cancer biology and therapy.
