Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TGM4, or Transglutaminase 4, is a crucial enzyme involved in various biological processes, including tissue repair, cellular signaling, and the stabilization of extracellular matrices. Its relevance in human health and disease has spurred significant research interest, particularly due to its implications in conditions such as chronic inflammation, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders. The enzyme catalyzes the modification of proteins through the formation of covalent cross-links, which enhances the structural integrity of tissues. Given its multifaceted roles, TGM4 has emerged as a potential biomarker for disease and a target for therapeutic intervention. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production of TGM4 in controlled environments, allowing for more detailed studies of its enzymatic properties and interactions with other biomolecules. This research aims to unveil the specific mechanisms by which TGM4 influences cellular processes and to explore its therapeutic potential in modulating pathological conditions. The ongoing investigation into TGM4 not only enhances our understanding of its biological functions but also offers promising avenues for the development of novel treatment strategies in various diseases.
