稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOS1, or Neuronal Nitric Oxide Synthase 1, is a key enzyme responsible for the production of nitric oxide (NO) in the central nervous system. NO acts as a crucial signaling molecule that regulates various physiological processes, including neurotransmission, synaptic plasticity, and neurovascular coupling. Research on NOS1 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its potential implications in neurodegenerative diseases, neuropsychiatric disorders, and cardiovascular conditions. The ability to produce NOS1 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies on its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, understanding the enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms of NOS1 can provide insights into its role in pathophysiological conditions such as schizophrenia, depression, and Alzheimer's disease. By characterizing NOS1 through recombinant techniques, scientists aim to develop new therapeutic strategies that might target NO signaling pathways, providing a foundation for innovative treatments aimed at restoring normal physiological function in affected individuals. This research contributes not only to the basic understanding of NO signaling in the brain but also to the broader context of how disruptions in this pathway may lead to various neurological conditions, thereby underscoring the importance of NOS1 in both health and disease.
