  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CCR8, or C-C chemokine receptor type 8, is a member of the chemokine receptor family that plays a crucial role in the immune system, particularly in the regulation of immune responses and the migration of immune cells to sites of inflammation. It is predominantly expressed on various immune cells, including T cells, particularly regulatory T cells, and is implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, including allergic reactions, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. Due to its specific expression patterns and functional roles in modulating immune responses, CCR8 has emerged as a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The development of recombinant CCR8 proteins enables researchers to study the receptor's structure, function, and interactions with ligands, providing insights into its role in immune regulation. Understanding how CCR8 operates at the molecular level can facilitate the design of targeted therapies aimed at modulating immune responses in various diseases. Such research may pave the way for novel treatment strategies that can improve clinical outcomes for patients with conditions characterized by dysregulated immune responses. By generating high-quality CCR8 recombinant proteins, scientists can conduct detailed biochemical assays, structural studies, and drug screening, thus advancing the field of immunotherapy and enhancing our understanding of immune cell dynamics.
