Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADAT2 (Adenosine Deaminase Acting on tRNA 2) is an important enzyme involved in the modification of tRNA molecules, specifically in the deamination of adenosine to inosine in certain tRNA species. This modification is crucial for the proper functioning and stability of tRNA, which in turn plays a vital role in protein synthesis and overall cellular function. The study of ADAT2 recombinant proteins has garnered attention due to its implications in various biological processes, including the regulation of gene expression and cellular stress responses. Moreover, mutations or dysregulation of ADAT2 have been linked to several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain types of cancer. Researching the recombinant forms of ADAT2 allows scientists to explore its enzymatic activity, structural characteristics, and potential interactions with other cellular components. Understanding the mechanisms by which ADAT2 processes tRNA can provide insights into its biological significance and offer potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with tRNA modifications. Furthermore, the production and characterization of ADAT2 recombinant proteins facilitate the development of reliable assays to study its function and regulation, enhancing our understanding of tRNA biology and its impact on cellular metabolism. Such studies are essential for unraveling the complexities of cellular machinery and could pave the way for novel strategies in disease treatment and prevention.
