稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C-C Chemokine Receptor Type 6 (CCR6) is a G-protein coupled receptor primarily expressed on certain immune cells, including memory T cells and dendritic cells. It plays a crucial role in the immune system by mediating the migration of these cells to sites of inflammation and infection, particularly in response to its ligand, CCL20. Research has shown that CCR6 is involved in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory conditions, and certain cancers. The study of CCR6 and its signaling pathways is important for understanding immune responses and developing potential therapeutic targets. Recombinant CCR6 proteins are particularly valuable for scientific research, allowing for the exploration of receptor functions, ligand interactions, and downstream signaling mechanisms in controlled experimental settings. By studying CCR6 through recombinant technology, researchers aim to elucidate its role in immune regulation and potentially harness its function for the development of novel treatments for immune-related disorders.
