稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on ADAL (Adenosine Deaminase-Like) recombinant proteins has gained significance due to their crucial role in various biological processes and potential therapeutic applications. ADAL proteins are part of the adenosine deaminase family, known for their involvement in purine metabolism and immune regulation. They catalyze the deamination of adenosine, a key metabolite in cellular signaling, thereby influencing immune responses and inflammation. Dysregulation of adenosine signaling has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Consequently, understanding the structure and function of ADAL proteins is essential for developing novel therapeutic strategies. Recent advances in recombinant DNA technology allow for the efficient production of ADAL proteins, facilitating detailed studies on their biochemical properties and interactions. These studies aim to elucidate the mechanisms through which ADAL proteins modulate immune functions and to explore their potential as drug targets. In summary, the investigation of ADAL recombinant proteins holds promise for advancing our understanding of adenosine signaling pathways and for the development of innovative treatments for a range of pathologies.
