MEC/CCL28 Protein, Human (His) is a CC chemokine that is present in almost all mucosal tissues and acts as a unifying immunostimulant on mucosal surfaces. CCL28 can bind to CCR3 and CCR10 to mediate immune responses, viral infections, cancer, and antimicrobial effects. MEC/CCL28 Protein, Human (His) is a recombinant human MEC/CCL28(I23-Y127) protein expressed by E. coli with a his tag at the N-terminus[1][2].

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
