简介
CTACK/CCL27 protein attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes, mediating lymphocyte homing to the skin. It may also participate in embryonic cell migration. Nuclear forms of CCL27 induce cytoskeletal relaxation. The protein binds to CCR10, exists in monomeric, dimeric, and tetrameric forms, and heparin promotes oligomerization. Additionally, CCL27 interacts with TNFAIP6 through its Link domain. CTACK/CCL27 Protein, Mouse is the recombinant mouse-derived CTACK/CCL27 protein, expressed by E. coli , with tag free.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CTACK (C-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 27), also known as CCL27, is a chemokine that plays a crucial role in immune cell recruitment, particularly in skin-associated responses and inflammation. It primarily attracts memory T cells to skin tissues, thereby contributing to various dermatological conditions and immune responses. Research on CCL27 has garnered significant interest due to its potential implications in skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, and allergic contact dermatitis. The recombinant expression of CCL27 allows for a detailed study of its biological functions and elucidation of underlying mechanisms in skin immunity. By utilizing advanced biotechnological approaches, scientists can produce this protein in a controlled environment, facilitating investigations into its structure-function relationships and interactions with receptors like CCR10. Understanding CCL27's role can aid in the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting skin inflammation and enhancing immune responses in dermatological disorders. As such, the study of CTACK/CCL27 recombinant protein holds promise for both fundamental immunological research and potential clinical applications, paving the way for innovative treatments aimed at modulating skin immunity and improving patient outcomes in various skin-related diseases.
