Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Immt, or Immunoglobulin M (IgM) and Microenvironmental Modulating Trafficking protein, plays a crucial role in immune response and is receiving increasing attention in biomedical research. The study of Immt recombinant proteins is significant due to their potential applications in understanding immune mechanisms, developing vaccines, and therapeutic strategies. Immt is integral to the transport and function of immunoglobulins, particularly IgM, which is the first antibody produced during an immune response. Research has highlighted the protein's involvement in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and infections. By expressing Immt as a recombinant protein, scientists can investigate its structure-function relationships, evaluate its role in immune processes, and explore its interactions with other molecular partners. Understanding Immt at a molecular level aids in elucidating its function in the immune system and may lead to the development of novel therapeutic interventions. As recombinant technology advances, the production and characterization of Immt proteins will provide critical insights into the complexities of immune responses and support the design of targeted therapies aimed at modulating immune function.
