Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*11:01 is an important Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) allele that plays a crucial role in the immune response by presenting peptides to T cells. The study of HLA-A*11:01 is particularly relevant in the context of various diseases, including cancer, where specific tumor-associated antigens can be presented to the immune system, potentially leading to targeted immune responses. In this regard, the KRAS G12S mutation—an alteration in the KRAS gene frequently associated with several malignancies—produces the peptide VVVGASGVGK, which can be recognized by T cells in the presence of HLA-A*11:01. The combination of HLA-A*11:01 and KRAS G12S(VVVGASGVGK) enhances our understanding of tumor immunogenicity and the development of personalized immunotherapies. Recombinant proteins for HLA-A*11:01 in complex with the KRAS-derived peptide allow researchers to investigate their structural and functional characteristics, providing insights into T cell activation and potential therapeutic targets. Moreover, studying this monomeric form of the protein can facilitate the design of vaccines or adoptive T cell therapies that aim to elicit robust immune responses against KRAS-mutant tumors, thereby improving patient outcomes in cancer treatment. This area of research holds promise for advancing precision medicine approaches and exploring novel strategies to harness the immune system in the fight against cancer.
