Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-A*11:01 in conjunction with B2M and the KRAS G12R mutation has gained significant attention in the field of cancer immunology and personalized medicine. HLA-A*11:01 is a specific allele of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system, which plays a crucial role in the immune response by presenting peptides to T cells. The interaction of HLA with various tumor-associated antigens, such as the oncogenic KRAS G12R mutation, has implications for the development of immunotherapies. KRAS mutations, particularly G12R, are prevalent in several cancers and are associated with poor prognosis. By creating a monomeric recombinant protein that includes HLA-A*11:01, B2M (beta-2-microglobulin), and the KRAS G12R peptide (VVVGARGVGK), researchers aim to investigate the immune response elicited by this specific antigenic complex. Understanding how HLA-A*11:01 presents the KRAS G12R peptide to T cells can provide insights into the activation of specific immune responses in patients carrying this mutation. This research holds potential for developing targeted therapies and enhancing the effectiveness of existing cancer treatments, thereby improving patient outcomes and contributing to the broader field of cancer immunotherapy.
