Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL15, a member of the ARF-like (ARL) GTPase family, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes and implications in human health. It is primarily involved in regulating lipid metabolism, endosomal trafficking, and cellular signaling pathways. Research has indicated that ARL15 may play a critical role in insulin signaling, suggesting a link to metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes. Additionally, studies have linked ARL15 with the modulation of neuronal functions and its potential influence on neurodegenerative conditions. Given its involvement in key biological pathways, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of ARL15 through recombinant protein studies becomes essential. Recombinant technologies allow for the expression of ARL15 in various systems, enabling detailed biochemical analyses and the characterization of its interactions with other cellular components. By exploring the mechanisms underlying ARL15 function, researchers may unveil novel therapeutic targets for metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting the importance of this protein in both basic and translational research.
