HLA-G

简介
HLA-G is a nonclassical major histocompatibility class Ib molecule that is critical for immune regulation at the maternal-fetal interface. It cooperates with B2M to form a complex that selectively binds self-peptides to promote maternal-fetal tolerance by interacting with KIR2DL4, LILRB1, and LILRB2 receptors. HLA-G Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived HLA-G protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cyclin E is a key regulatory protein that plays a pivotal role in the progression of the cell cycle, particularly in the transition from the G1 phase to the S phase. It functions by activating cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), specifically CDK2, which subsequently phosphorylates target proteins essential for DNA replication. Dysregulation of Cyclin E expression has been implicated in various cancers, as overexpression can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and genomic instability. Research on recombinant Cyclin E protein seeks to elucidate its structural and functional characteristics, enabling a better understanding of its role in normal cellular processes and its contributions to tumorigenesis. The availability of purified recombinant Cyclin E allows for detailed biochemical assays, structural studies, and potential therapeutic applications, such as the development of CDK inhibitors. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing Cyclin E activity may provide insights into new cancer treatment strategies and the potential for targeted therapies aimed at restoring normal cell cycle regulation. The study of Cyclin E as a therapeutic target is particularly relevant in the context of tumor types associated with its aberrant expression, making it a significant focus in cancer research.
