ITGAV: ITGB3 binds fractalkine and acts as a coreceptor in CX3CR1-dependent signaling. Integrin alpha V beta 3 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing human-derived Integrin alpha V beta 3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag. Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
