Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HMGN1, a member of the high mobility group (HMG) protein family, plays a crucial role in modulating chromatin structure and function. This non-histone protein interacts with nucleosomes, influencing gene expression, DNA repair, and cellular response to stress. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in various biological processes and its potential involvement in cancer progression, inflammation, and immune responses. Due to its pivotal function in chromatin dynamics, HMGN1 has attracted considerable attention for its potential as a therapeutic target and biomarker in several diseases. Researchers have been focusing on the production of recombinant HMGN1 protein to better understand its biochemical properties and physiological roles. Advances in recombinant DNA technology allow for the efficient expression and purification of HMGN1, enabling detailed studies of its interactions with DNA and other nuclear proteins. Investigating the structural and functional characteristics of HMGN1 can provide insights into its mechanisms of action and its potential implications in both health and disease. Understanding HMGN1's role may lead to novel strategies for therapeutic intervention, particularly in cancer and other disorders linked to chromatin remodeling. Thus, the study of recombinant HMGN1 is pivotal for elucidating its biological functions and therapeutic potential.
