Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PSMD14, also known as the regulatory particle non-ATPase 14, is a vital component of the 26S proteasome, a complex responsible for degrading ubiquitin-tagged proteins within the cell. This proteolytic pathway is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis, regulating various biological processes, including cell cycle, signal transduction, and responses to oxidative stress. Dysregulation of proteasome activity, and by extension, PSMD14, has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Recent studies have highlighted PSMD14’s role in modulating inflammation and immune responses, suggesting potential therapeutic targets for autoimmune diseases and cancer treatments. Research on PSMD14 recombinant protein provides important insights into its structural and functional characteristics, enhancing our understanding of its multifaceted roles in protein degradation and cellular regulation. As scientists continue to explore the mechanisms by which PSMD14 influences cellular processes, the potential for developing targeted treatments based on its modulation becomes increasingly promising, paving the way for innovative strategies in disease management and therapeutic interventions.
