Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXA2, also known as Forkhead Box A2, is a transcription factor that plays a critical role in various biological processes, including organogenesis, cell differentiation, and metabolism. Its significance has garnered attention in the context of developmental biology and disease, particularly in relation to diseases such as cancer and metabolic disorders. Recent studies have highlighted FOXA2's involvement in maintaining the identity and function of pancreatic beta cells, making it a potential target for diabetes research. The generation of recombinant FOXA2 protein allows for in-depth exploration of its structural and functional dynamics, enabling researchers to investigate its interactions with other proteins and DNA elements. In particular, understanding how FOXA2 regulates target gene expression provides insights into its role in developmental pathways and cellular responses to environmental stimuli. The recombinant FOXA2 protein serves as a valuable tool for functional assays, structural studies, and therapeutic applications, paving the way for novel interventions in disease management and regenerative medicine. This research area continues to evolve, driven by advancements in molecular biology techniques, and holds promise for uncovering new therapeutic strategies that harness the regulatory capabilities of FOXA2.
