Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CARS (Carrier-Enabled Reprogramming of Stem cells) is a novel protein that has garnered significant interest in the field of regenerative medicine and cellular reprogramming. Research into CARS is driven by the potential for harnessing this protein to facilitate the conversion of somatic cells into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), which hold promise for personalized therapies and disease modeling. Recent studies have revealed that CARS plays a crucial role in regulating cellular reprogramming processes by modulating signaling pathways and gene expression profiles. The ability to efficiently and safely produce iPSCs from readily available adult tissues could revolutionize approaches to treating a variety of degenerative diseases and injuries. Furthermore, understanding the mechanisms underlying CARS functions may lead to the development of advanced techniques for tissue engineering and transplantation. Researchers are exploring various aspects of CARS, including its structure, interactive partners, and potential applications in overcoming existing challenges in reprogramming efficiency and cell pluripotency maintenance. As the demand for innovative therapies continues to rise, investigations centered on CARS present a promising avenue for the advancement of biomedical science and therapeutic strategies.
