Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRPM7, a member of the transient receptor potential (TRP) channel family, is a unique divalent cation channel that plays a critical role in various physiological processes, including cellular magnesium homeostasis, cellular signaling, and response to mechanical stimuli. It is characterized by its dual function as a channel and a protein kinase, which influences numerous cellular functions, including proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Research on TRPM7 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various pathophysiological conditions, such as cancer progression, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of TRPM7 is pivotal for identifying potential therapeutic targets. The production of recombinant TRPM7 protein has become essential for dissecting its functional properties, investigating its ion channel activity, and exploring its interactions with other cellular components. By employing techniques such as heterologous expression systems, researchers can generate purified TRPM7 for advanced study, facilitating deeper insights into its role in health and disease. As such, the investigation of TRPM7 recombinant protein is a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential as a therapeutic target.
