稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRPC6 (transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 6) is a type of ion channel that plays a critical role in various physiological processes, including muscle contraction, neuronal signaling, and the regulation of intracellular calcium levels. It is primarily expressed in the kidney, where it is involved in the pathophysiology of several diseases, including hypertension and kidney disorders. Research has shown that TRPC6 is associated with the development of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and other glomerular diseases. This has spurred interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms governing TRPC6 function and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombining TRPC6 protein allows for a more detailed study of its structure and function, enabling researchers to explore its interaction with various cellular components and signaling pathways. With advances in recombinant protein technology and structural biology, studies on TRPC6 are expected to shed light on its role in disease processes and aid in the development of targeted therapies that could mitigate the impact of TRPC6-related disorders. By elucidating the functional characteristics of TRPC6 through recombinant techniques, scientists aim to provide insights that could lead to innovative strategies in the treatment of kidney diseases and cardiovascular conditions associated with TRPC6 dysregulation.
