稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
REG1B, a member of the regenerating gene family, has garnered significant attention in biomedical research due to its association with various physiological and pathological processes. Initially identified in the pancreas, REG1B is known to play a crucial role in cell proliferation and regeneration, particularly in response to injury. Its overexpression has been linked to several types of cancers, suggesting a potential role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Additionally, REG1B is implicated in inflammation and tissue repair, acting as a modulator of the immune response. Studies have shown that high levels of REG1B can serve as a biomarker for certain diseases, including pancreatic cancer, making it a target of interest for diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Researchers are exploring REG1B's mechanisms of action, its interactions with specific signaling pathways, and its potential as a therapeutic target. Thus, the comprehensive understanding of REG1B and its biological functions is essential for harnessing its properties in clinical applications, particularly in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
