简介
FABP3 is a member of the fatty acid-binding protein (FABP) family and is thought to facilitate the intracellular transport of long-chain fatty acids and their acyl-CoA esters. As part of this family of proteins, FABP3 may play a crucial role in promoting cellular uptake and transport of fatty acids, supporting various metabolic processes within cells. FABP3 Protein, Mouse is the recombinant mouse-derived FABP3 protein, expressed by E. coli , with tag free.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fatty acid binding protein 3 (FABP3), also known as heart-type fatty acid binding protein, plays a crucial role in fatty acid metabolism and transport within tissues, particularly in cardiac and skeletal muscle. Its importance in cellular processes has drawn attention due to its potential implications in various metabolic disorders, including obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. Research has shown that FABP3 is involved in regulating fatty acid availability, influencing insulin sensitivity, and modulating inflammatory responses. The production of recombinant FABP3 protein has become a significant area of study, enabling scientists to investigate its structure-function relationship and interaction with fatty acids and other molecules. Recombinant FABP3 can be utilized in numerous applications, including drug development, biomarker discovery, and elucidating the underlying mechanisms of metabolic diseases. Understanding FABP3's function through recombinant technology can reveal insights into its role in energy homeostasis and its potential as a therapeutic target for metabolic disorders. Given the rising prevalence of these conditions worldwide, the exploration of FABP3 through recombinant protein research represents a critical effort to uncover new avenues for treatment and intervention.
