Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Annexin A6 (ANXA6) is a member of the annexin family, which encompasses a group of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins implicated in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, cell signaling, and apoptosis. Its expression is widely observed in various tissues, playing a crucial role in cellular response to stress and regulation of intracellular calcium levels. Research has shown that ANXA6 is involved in multiple pathological conditions, such as cancer, neurodegeneration, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant form of ANXA6 has garnered interest in scientific studies, facilitating investigations into its structure-function relationships and interactions with other proteins. Understanding ANXA6 at the molecular level can provide insights into its physiological roles and pathological implications, making it a significant focus in cell biology and therapeutic research. Importantly, the production of recombinant ANXA6 allows for the exploration of its biochemical properties and the development of potential interventions targeting its pathways, thereby contributing to advances in drug development and disease management.
