Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSNK2A1, or Casein Kinase II Alpha 1, is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its deregulation has been associated with multiple cancers and other diseases, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Research into CSNK2A1 has revealed its involvement in the phosphorylation of a wide range of substrates, influencing critical signaling pathways that control cell cycle and survival. The development of recombinant CSNK2A1 proteins allows for in-depth studies on its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and structural characteristics. By producing and characterizing these recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the functional mechanisms of CSNK2A1 in normal physiology and disease states. Understanding its role at a molecular level could provide insights for developing novel treatments and targeted therapies, particularly in malignancies where CSNK2A1 is overexpressed or hyperactive. Thus, the study of CSNK2A1 recombinant proteins is instrumental in advancing our knowledge of kinase function and its implications in cellular signaling networks.
