简介
HP-0175 is an antigen secreted by Helicobacter pylori. HP-0175 provides a link between helicobacter pylori-associated inflammation and gastric cancer by promoting the pro-inflammatory low-cytotoxic TIL response, stromal degradation, and pro-angiogenesis pathways. HP-0175 relies on the unfolded protein response (UPR) to autophagy in gastric epithelial cells and induce apoptosis. HP-0175 Protein, Helicobacter pylori (GST) is the recombinant HP-0175 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-GST labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HP-0175 recombinant protein is derived from Helicobacter pylori, a bacterium known for its association with gastrointestinal diseases, including gastritis and peptic ulcers, as well as its potential role in gastric cancer development. Research into HP-0175 focuses on its immunogenic properties, which may provide insights into the host immune response to H. pylori infection. Understanding the structure and function of the HP-0175 protein can aid in elucidating the pathogenic mechanisms of H. pylori and may contribute to the development of novel diagnostic tools or vaccine candidates. Additionally, studies examining HP-0175 can shed light on the interactions between the bacterium and the host's immune system, particularly regarding how this protein influences inflammation and immune evasion strategies employed by H. pylori. Overall, the investigation of HP-0175 not only enhances our understanding of H. pylori's role in health and disease but also addresses broader questions in microbiology and immunology regarding bacterial virulence factors and their potential therapeutic implications. As research progresses, insights gained from HP-0175 studies may pave the way for innovative approaches to treating H. pylori infections and preventing associated diseases.
