简介
The FKBP11 protein is a peptidyl prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) that plays a crucial role in accelerating protein folding, especially in complex protein synthesis. FKBP11 uses its enzymatic abilities to promote rapid and precise conformational changes that are critical for correct protein folding and maturation. FKBP11 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived FKBP11 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-mFc labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FKBP11, a member of the FK506-binding protein family, plays a crucial role in protein folding and immune regulation. This protein is of particular interest due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including signal transduction and stress responses. Research has shown that FKBP11 interacts with several key proteins, influencing pathways related to apoptosis and immune system function. Moreover, it has been implicated in various diseases, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant form of FKBP11 has emerged as a valuable tool in biochemical studies, enabling researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships and interactions with other proteins in detail. By producing FKBP11 in a recombinant system, scientists can obtain higher yields and purity, facilitating advanced studies on its biochemical properties and potential roles in disease mechanisms. Understanding FKBP11’s function can provide insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
